Lew’s Diesel & Electric Limited was founded in 1976 by Jack Chou Lew. The company was incorporated on December 5, 1977. On June 1, 1987 Lew’s Diesel & Electric Limited amalgamated with 100394 Canada Limitée to form Lew Dieselec Inc.
